Quick-Connect Therapy
Because sometimes, you just need to talk-right now.

Life does not always wait for the perfect time. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, sad, stuck, or simply in need of support, Quick-Connect Therapy gives you the chance to speak with a therapist quickly—just call us. No long waitlists. In most cases, we can connect you with a therapist right away. But if there is a brief wait and you do not feel like you can hold off, we have a clinician who can meet with you within 1-7 days for up to 4 focused sessions while you wait to be matched with ongoing care (if needed).

This service is designed to provide immediate relief, clarity, and guidance right when you need it. If you decide you would benefit from longer-term therapy, we will make that transition easy. Your short-term therapist will help match you with someone on our team who is the right fit for your ongoing journey—because they know you, and they know us.
Sometimes, one meaningful conversation is all it takes to start feeling better. And sometimes, it’s the beginning of something more. Either way, you don’t have to wait to get the support you need.
Please note: Quick-Connect Therapy is not intended for crisis situations that require a higher level of care. If you are feeling suicidal, homicidal, or experiencing severe psychotic symptoms, we encourage you to seek immediate help through local crisis services, a hospital, or by calling 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
Please note: Quick-Connect Therapy is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to both therapist availability and your scheduling needs. We will do our best to accommodate you as quickly as possible, but spots are limited.
