Outpatient Therapy (individual, family, couples and group)
Outpatient therapy is available for adults, children, adolescents, families and couples. At Lighthouse therapists have experience working with individuals that have depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, familial discord, trauma, grief/loss, adjustment issues, personality disorders and behavior problems. Therapists also have experience working with couples that are experiencing conflict within their relationship. Lighthouse accepts all major insurances and self-pay. Intensive In-Home
Intensive In-Home is available for children and adolescents ages 4-20. This service includes up to 10 hours a week of intensive individual and family therapy, psychoeducation, 24/7 crisis management and care coordination. Some of the areas that this service helps improve include family communication, conflict resolution, behavior management, family relationships, interpersonal skills, coping skills and symptom management. This service is provided in the child’s home by a team member that is a Qualified Mental Health Professional. Therapy is a required component of this service. Children/adolescents must be participating in outpatient individual and family therapy. Lighthouse can provide a therapist within Intensive In-Home or Outpatient services if the family does not currently have a therapist.
Home-Based Therapy
Home-Based Therapy is available for children and adolescents ages 4-20. This service includes up to 10 hours a week of intensive individual therapy, family therapy, supportive counseling, psychoeducation, 24/7 crisis management and care coordination. Some of the areas that this service helps improve include family communication, conflict resolution, behavior management, family relationships, interpersonal skills, trauma, depression, anxiety, coping skills and symptom management. This service is provided in the child’s home typically by a Resident in Counseling, Supervisee in Social Work or Licensed Mental Health Professional.
Intensive In-Home is available for children and adolescents ages 4-20. This service includes up to 10 hours a week of intensive individual and family therapy, psychoeducation, 24/7 crisis management and care coordination. Some of the areas that this service helps improve include family communication, conflict resolution, behavior management, family relationships, interpersonal skills, coping skills and symptom management. This service is provided in the child’s home by a team member that is a Qualified Mental Health Professional. Therapy is a required component of this service. Home-Based Therapy is available for children and adolescents ages 4-20. This service includes up to 10 hours a week of intensive individual therapy, family therapy, supportive counseling, psychoeducation, 24/7 crisis management and care coordination. Some of the areas that this service helps improve include family communication, conflict resolution, behavior management, family relationships, interpersonal skills, trauma, depression, anxiety, coping skills and symptom management. This service is provided in the child’s home typically by a Resident in Counseling, Supervisee in Social Work or Licensed Mental Health Professional.
Virtual Residential
Virtual Residential is an intensive service available for children ages 4-20. It is a creative treatment approach designed to create change within a child’s home and reduce out-of-home placements. Virtual Residential simulates residential treatment; however, it is provided in the child’s home and incorporates the family and home environment which has led to more success and long-term change. This service includes up to 40 hours a week of individual and family therapy, supportive counseling, crisis management, case management, parental support/training and behavior modification. Virtual Residential is provided by a team of qualified mental health professionals with the Lead Therapist having at least a Master’s Degree in the human service field.
Parent Coaching and Support
Parent Coaching and Support is provided to parents that require support and skill-building to assist them with managing the struggles that often come along with parenting and overall day-to-day functioning. Services include a thorough diagnostic assessment at the beginning of services which helps in identifying the parent and family’s biopsychosocial needs to assist in developing a comprehensive treatment plan for the parent and family. These services include a broad array of therapeutic interventions that are based on the parent and family’s specific needs. Some of the areas that this service addresses include daily life skills, overall child development concepts, coping skills, understanding trauma and mental health, care coordination, and connecting to community resources.
Mental Health Skill-Building
Mental Health Skill-Building is available for individuals ages 18 to late adulthood with severe mental illness. Some of the areas this service assists with include symptom management, medication management, 24/7 crisis management, activities of daily living, independent living skills, health and safety, interpersonal skills, and appointment compliance. This service is provided in the client’s home and community by a team member that is a Qualified Mental Health Professional.
