Payment Options

Outpatient
At Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center, we are committed to making quality care accessible. We accept a wide range of payment options, including private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and self-pay. We work with most major insurance providers, including the following:

If you prefer not to use insurance or do not have coverage, we offer services on a self-pay basis. Whether you are using insurance or opting for self-pay, all payments, including copays, coinsurance amounts, deductibles, and self-pay fees, are due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, HSA cards, and major credit cards for your convenience.

Good Faith Estimate- Your Rights

At Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center, we are committed to transparency in our billing practices. In accordance with federal regulations, we provide a Good Faith Estimate to all uninsured and self-pay patients prior to the start of services.  This includes patients who choose not to use insurance. This estimate outlines the expected cost of care, helping you make informed decisions about your treatment. If you have any questions about your estimate, please contact our billing department—we’re here to help!
  • The Good Faith Estimate will be provided within one business day after you schedule your appointment.
  • Patients may dispute a bill if it is $400 or more above the Good Faith Estimate.

Clinical Supervision
Clinical Supervision towards becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Registered Art Therapist (ATR) is provided in an individual and group setting. Please contact the office for individual and group rates.
