If you do not have insurance or wish not to use it, we will provide therapy on a self-pay basis. Payment is due at the beginning of each session. Clinical Supervision
Clinical Supervision towards becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licenses Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Art Therapist is provided in an individual and group setting. Please contact the office for individual and group rates.

Training
Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center provides training to other mental health agencies and mental health professionals on several different topics such as clinical documentation, policies and procedures, regulations, DSM 5, ethics and much more. If you are interested in the training service, please contact the office to be provided with a list of current trainings being offered. The list will include the training name, description, length of training and cost.

Good Faith Estimate
Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center will provide all uninsured or self-pay patients a Good Faith Estimate prior to the service being rendered. A Good Faith Estimate will provide the patient with the expected cost of service. Any questions about the estimate or disputes can be handled by contacting the billing department.
