Clinical Profile & Philosophy

The core tenants of my therapeutic philosophy are trust, compassion, and care. When you come into my office, I want you to feel comfortable, relaxed, and have the confidence that this is a space for growth and healing. If you are seeking support and comfort in a time of difficulty, this is the space for that. If you are seeking change in your life and need an ally in the midst of that change, this is the space for that. I often utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, trauma focused modalities, and dialectical behavioral therapy along with having a background in other therapeutic modalities such as exposure therapy.

Fun Fact

I love to be outdoors! Fishing, rock climbing, camping, surfing, and hiking to name a few of my favorites. I love doing these things with friends and family (particularly with my dog, Rawley)!
