Clinical Profile & Philosophy
I believe everyone’s mental health journey is unique and it is important to provide clients with a space where they feel heard and supported to foster exploration and meaningful change. My role as a therapist is to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported as we work together to navigate life’s challenges, explore their patterns, and build greater autonomy and resilience.
I hope clients leave our work together feeling more understood, empowered, and connected to themselves. My goal is for them to gain clarity around their thoughts and emotions, deepen their insight into behavior patterns, and build confidence in their ability to navigate life’s challenges outside of sessions. Above all, I want clients to walk away with a renewed sense of self-compassion, resilience, and hope in their own ability to grow. I typically utilize CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, Person-Centered, Narrative therapy, play therapy techniques, art and other creative techniques.
