Clinical Profile & Philosophy

My experience is in a community-based setting working with children and adolescents. I enjoy using person-centered, play-based and art-based approaches in session to make sustainable progress. I believe that mental health looks differently for each client and can vary by day, so it important to explore the client's mental health journey from their perspective. My main purpose as a counselor is to always provide empathy and guidance for my clients to create a safe space for us to work collaboratively through their mental health journey.

My favorite sport is volleyball. I played for years and now enjoy spending my free time coaching!
