Clinical Profile & Philosophy

My clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, and their families in community-based services and outpatient settings, as well as co-facilitating an adolescent Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills group. When working with clients, I utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy. I have formal training with Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST). My therapeutic approach when working with clients is centered around family stability, developing client autonomy, implementing long-term change, and promoting individual growth. ​

In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, eating at my favorite restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
