Clinical Profile & Philosophy

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and board-approved clinical supervisor. My clinical experience includes working with adults, children, adolescents, and their families in a variety of settings. I have facilitated an adolescent Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills group and enjoy facilitating group therapy alongside individual therapy. I have formal training with Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST). In addition to working with my own clients, I'm a clinical supervisor working with residents to assist with their journey towards LPC licensure. My therapeutic approach when working with clients is centered around personal and family stability, developing client autonomy, implementing long-term change, and promoting individual growth.

Fun Fact

In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, eating at my favorite restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
