Clinical Profile & Philosophy

I have over 30 years of experience working with children, families, and the elderly through the Department of Social Services.  I have experience addressing parenting, mental health issues, substance abuse, hoarding, trauma, and out of home placements.  I primarily utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, with additional skill-building activities as needed for emotional dysregulation and trauma.  I deeply respect individual choices and readiness for change.  I believe we all have the capacity to live our best lives, if we are given the tools that we need.

Fun Fact

In my free time, I enjoy being with my family and my pets, gardening, crafts, and travel.
