Clinical Profile & Philosophy

I prioritize creating a safe, trusting and comfortable environment for your growth and healing process. I believe that growth comes from our ability to self-reflect and facilitate self-compassion and acceptance. Our sessions will be personalized to best meet your needs; however, I most commonly utilize person-centered therapy, strengths-based therapy, trauma-informed CBT, creative-based(art/music/play) approaches,  mindfulness, liberation therapy, multicultural approaches, narrative therapy, and DBT.
