Clinical Profile & Philosophy

I believe that clients know themselves the best and will always strive to meet people where they're at. I aim to provide a supportive environment through a person-centered and strengths-based approach, and enjoy providing psychoeducation, DBT, and CBT skills to help people better understand themselves. I enjoy problem solving with people and approach situations with a solution-focused approach when possible. ​

Fun Fact

​In my free time, I love to read, craft, relax with my dog, and play cozy video games. I also love to travel to new places, and collect trinkets and souvenirs!
