Clinical Profile & Philosophy

I believe therapy can be a safe and transformative space for healing, understanding, and finding motivation to manage life’s stressors. My approach is grounded in the belief that while our behaviors are shaped by our environment, experiences, thoughts, and emotions, we all have the capacity to change and grow. Through collaboration in a welcoming and supportive environment, I help clients explore new ways to navigate life and cultivate a deeper sense of appreciation.

My goal is to create a space where clients feel comfortable, encouraged, and empowered to process challenges and overcome barriers to joy, satisfaction, and success. I incorporate a blend of therapeutic approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), systems theory, trauma-informed care, and attachment-focused models. My style is rooted in understanding trauma, building resilience, and fostering behavioral change.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, and I am especially passionate about the transformative potential of DBT for those who feel life hasn’t turned out as they hoped. My work is dedicated to helping clients find clarity, hope, and meaningful change.
