Clinical Profile & Philosophy
As an Art Therapist I utilize a creative approach to counseling; incorporating art making, comedy, roleplaying and play to explore and address presenting mental health concerns in a holistic manner. I incorporate dialectical behavioral and cognitive behavioral methodologies, as well as person-centered humanism. I have provided clinical supervision toward licensure since 2020 and am passionate about my role in supporting skill development and confidence in those I supervise.
Fun Fact
In my free time I enjoy playing with my child, gardening, cooking, making art, and cuddling with my cats.
