Clinical Profile and Philosophy

I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy. It’s a space where we can reconnect with ourselves, explore our thoughts and behaviors, and begin to unlearn patterns that no longer serve us. Through this process, we can move toward a life that feels more peaceful, positive, and fulfilling. Human behavior is incredibly unique and shaped by countless influences—some we may not even be aware of. From early childhood experiences to the way we were parented, to the environments we’ve lived in and the people we’ve looked up to, all of these factors contribute to the beliefs we hold and the way we interact with the world.

When I work with clients, I take a person-centered and collaborative approach. I believe that every individual is the expert of their own life, and my role is to walk alongside them with respect, empathy, and support. Whether you're a teen or an adult, you’ll be met with dignity and care. Working with me often feels like speaking with someone who genuinely understands you—offering support with compassion while helping you stay accountable to your goals. I enjoy weaving in pop culture references to build connection and make therapy feel more relatable, while also using evidence-based techniques to support meaningful change.

My hope is that clients leave our time together with a deeper sense of self-awareness, greater confidence, and a renewed sense of joy in their lives. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches including Psychodynamic, Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapies, Solution-Focused Therapy, and creative techniques tailored to each person’s needs.

I have experience working with adolescents and adults who are navigating challenges such as family conflict, self-esteem, social skills, behavioral regulation, mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and LGBTQIA+ related concerns. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow.
