Clinical Profile and Philosophy

My experience includes partnering with children, teens, adults, and families in outpatient- and community- based settings. I have always aspired to help others and provide a safe space for people to be heard, and that is the goal for any client who enters my office. My style of therapy is person-centered and psychodynamic with an integrative and eccentric approach. I believe in meeting the client where they are and utilizing tools that appeal to them such as CBT, DBT, play/art based and other creative techniques. I am passionate about helping people find their motivation, reach their potential, and move beyond their circumstances.

Fun Fact

I enjoy reading, spending time with my family, cuddling my dog, and traveling (specifically road trips).
