Clinical Profile & Philosophy

Dymond is a recent graduate who is excited to use her knowledge base and skill sets to encourage, empower, and uplift people struggling with a variety of social, emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs.  With a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in social work, Dymond leverages her clinical background, experiences in direct community engagement, and applied advanced research to aid in the overall enhancement and wellbeing of marginalized and vulnerable populations. Her experience includes serving as an outpatient therapist (IOP & PHP); providing direct care in the role of a residential counselor; and working for the Georgia Division of Family & Children services. She has experience using a variety of treatment modalities including but limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy.
Dymond has worked with some of the most vulnerable youth, providing them with mental health skills, life skills, and resources deemed necessary to help them EVOLVE into their best selves! “When a flower doesn’t bloom, you fix the environment in which it grows, NOT the flower,” Alexander Den Heijer. 

Fun Fact

I am a foodie and I love to travel! Also, I am a dog mom to a spoiled toy poodle with whom I love to spend time and cuddle with.
