Clinical Profile & Philosophy
I have worked with individuals across multiple populations. I have gained case management and crisis experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness. I have gained direct care working with at risk youth and individuals with disabilities in group homes. I have gained experience leading and supervising the care, engagement, and activities of youth and families. I have worked in communities and within the homes of youth, families, and adults assisting with skill building, ADLS, attachment, behavior modification, and regulation. My experiences have highlighted the importance of a person-centered approach because I believe that every person should have the opportunity to pursue what is important to them and address what is important for them. My philosophy is that each person is valuable, and their journey is unique; as such I utilize CBT, reality therapy, and DBT to empower individuals to believe the same about themselves. My goal is to empower others to enjoy their journey through self-discovery, self-love, and self-care.
