Clinical Profile & Philosophy

I believe that every individual has the capacity for growth and positive change, regardless of their past experiences or current challenges. As a therapist, I strive to create a collaborative and supportive environment where clients feel safe to be honest and open. My goal is to empower and support clients in making decisions that align with their personal values and goals. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) using a person-centered, strengths-based approach to foster self-discovery and build effective coping skills. I work with children, teens, and adults, and specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and navigating life transitions.

Fun Fact

I have two cats named Boo and Bear because they are my Bestie Boo Bears!
