Clinical Profile & Philosophy
I have experiences working with children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient, community based, and group settings. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space for every person I work with. I believe a strong, supportive, and trusting therapeutic relationship is needed for growth and healing. I think it is important to be fully present with my clients and to personalize each session to meet their needs. I prioritize person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approaches, while also utilizing principles and interventions from CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing. No matter the person and presenting need, I will make efforts to expand my clinical knowledge to better find and personalize interventions to help my clients and motivate them to live a life worth living.
