Clinical Profile & Philosophy

As a practitioner, I take a strengths based, trauma-informed approach. I enjoy working collaboratively with clients to help them to process emotions, build resilience and make positive changes in their lives. I use a range of modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy and play therapy, depending on the individual needs of the client.

Fun Fact

In my free time I enjoy being outdoors, traveling, thrifting, making art, gaming and spending time at home with my two loving cats.
