Clinical Profile & Philosophy

I tend to view things through a trauma-informed lens and affirm any neurodivergence. I help my clients make sense of confusing or hurtful life experiences by helping them gain insight into their physiology, identify and lean into their strengths, learn to verbalize their experience, and advocate for their needs. My goal is for everyone to develop a reliable toolbox of skills and resources with which to tackle challenges in life. I use CBT, EMDR, parts work, internal family systems, attachment-informed trauma-focused therapy, therapeutic art interventions, and DBT techniques - as well as person-centered approaches. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My background includes providing counseling and crisis services for at risk children, adolescents, and families in their home, working in a psychiatric hospital setting, and providing outpatient therapy.

Fun Fact

I have 2 pet chinchillas, Brady and Hobbs.
