Clinical Profile & Philosophy

I completed my Masters in Social Work at Case Western Reserve University. I have experience practicing with teens and adults both in individual outpatient and group settings. I take a systems approach to my clinical philosophy with a heavy focus on the therapeutic relationship and trust-building. I implement strategies from trauma-informed CBT, DBT, somatic, and internal family systems modalities. I prefer to work with clients holistically, taking into account their cultural and spiritual backgrounds. I have a background in community organizing and conflict management.

Fun Fact

My two cats are so large, I no longer know what a normal cat looks like. Also, I love to cook for my friends!
