I have 8 years of experience in the mental health field and have spent 10 years in various service industries. I believe it’s important to make connections between societal conditions, mental health and trauma. Empathy and understanding are my core values in this field.

Fun Fact

In my free time I enjoy being in nature, reading about history and sociology, playing videogames and supporting my loved ones. I also enjoy performing comedy at open mics.
