Clinical Profile & Philosophy

I am a big believer that the relationship and rapport between the therapist and client is a powerful one. In my practice, I have experienced working with young adults, adults, and the geriatric population. I work from a strengths-based social constructionist paradigm, valuing the individual and the lives they have built where they are. I use CBT, DBT techniques, and trauma-informed person-centered therapy to assist clients with their specific needs. I begin where you are, and assist with building treatment goals that align with your values and needs. With this working structure, we will delve into issues you are ready to process, and work towards a better understanding of self through our time together.

Fun Fact

When I’m not working, I am spending time with my two cats Manfred and Glinda. I am a big poetry writer and love to cook. Video games and singing are part of my interests as well.
