Clinical Profile & Philosophy
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating challenges. Whether you're coping with relationship stress, grieving a loss, or facing a major life transition, you don’t have to go through it alone. I take a person-centered and trauma-informed approach, integrating CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), Play Therapy, mindfulness and somatic techniques to meet the unique needs of each person.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where healing, growth, and empowerment can take root. I have a background in play therapy and my approach centers on family collaboration and growth. I believe play is a powerful tool for children to be able to explore their feelings, practice new skills, and process difficult experiences in a way that feels safe and accessible.
Your identity, values, and story are central to the therapeutic process. I aim to empower clients with the skills needed to navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity, and move towards their goals with confidence.
