Clinical Profile & Philosophy

As a therapist, I lead with openness, warmth, and authenticity. I show up as a real person, grounded, compassionate, and genuinely invested in your progress from a nonjudgmental perspective. I believe therapy is a brave space where people can finally feel seen, heard, and understood. Our behaviors are shaped by our stories, our environments, and the relationships that have helped or hurt us. I don’t see people as “broken” I see them as doing the best they can with what they’ve experienced. Therapy gives us room to explore those patterns with compassion, learn new skills, and create space for real healing and growth.

My hope is that you leave our work feeling more grounded, confident, and empowered. I want you to know your worth, trust your voice, and set healthier boundaries while making decisions that support who you’re becoming. My role is to walk with you as you grow and rewrite the parts of your story that no longer serve you. I use an integrative approach tailored to each client, blending CBT, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, and psychoeducation. I also incorporate practical, creative tools, worksheets, visuals, journaling, and skill-building activities to make therapy engaging and accessible for all.

Fun Fact

In my personal time, I find joy and happiness in traveling, trying new recipes and restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
