Clinical Profile & Philosophy

I have been supporting individuals of all ages through life’s challenges in a variety of settings since 2008. My experience across in-home, community, and outpatient settings has helped me develop a well-rounded, compassionate, and client-centered approach to therapy.

I believe therapy can be a deeply healing space—somewhere you can feel seen, heard, and supported as you work through pain or patterns that no longer serve you. I view all behavior as meaningful and connected to an underlying need, and together we’ll explore those needs with curiosity and care.

My style is warm, laid-back, and collaborative. I bring empathy, authenticity, and a sense of humor when it fits. Using a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed lens, I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy. I also enjoy incorporating play and art-based interventions to encourage creativity and expression.

I’m especially passionate about working with children, adolescents, and older adults navigating life transitions, depression, grief, OCD, Autism (Levels 1–2), ADHD, anxiety, and self-esteem challenges. My goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and confident as you create a more balanced and meaningful life.

Fun Fact

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, spending time near water, reading, practicing yoga, listening to music, and traveling with my family.
