Clinical Profile & Philosophy
I have had the privilege of supporting individuals facing mental health challenges since 2008 in a variety of settings—including in-home, community-based, and outpatient care—allowing me to develop a well-rounded, client-centered approach. I am passionate about creating a secure and nurturing environment for healing and growth. Using a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed lens, I primarily integrate techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs. I also incorporate play and art-based interventions to encourage expression and engagement.
My style is warm, laid back, and person-centered. I strive to empower my clients with practical skills to navigate life’s challenges while fostering resilience, self-acceptance, and personal growth.
