Clinical Profile & Philosophy 

Amma has worked in the mental health field since 2014. Amma began her mental health  journey as an associate professional (house manager) of a level 3 group home facility, managing a range of 4-12 kids at a time with mental health, intellectual and developmental disabilities. Amma has performed a wide range of duties and responsibilities over the years ranging from, case management care coordinator, mental health court liaison before becoming licensed in the state of Virginia as a QMHP.  Amma has a passion for helping individuals improve, maintain and stabilize their mental health needs and concerns which led her to her role as a mental health  skill builder specializing working with adults in the community, home and group settings.
